ROB and CARRIE
Rob Boltin
Born in Nashville and raised in Louisiana, Rob Boltin is a New Orleans based Real Estate Broker and Investor.
After graduating from college, Rob headed to Los Angeles and managed to carve out a 20-year acting career in the film and television industry. While never really taking his eyes off the local real estate market, in 2003, he and a partner began investing in St. Tammany real estate. After the sub-prime mortgage collapse in 2008, he decided to move back to Louisiana and make real estate investing his full time career. While the real estate market recovered, Rob continued to work in the entertainment industry and officially got his real estate license.
After years of working alongside a successful Northshore team and forming his own real estate team, The Boltin Team, Rob received his Brokers license and opened the BOLTIN REALTY GROUP. His broad knowledge of the real estate market, current conditions and trends equips his clients with the critical information to make informed decisions in today's ever changing market.
His unrelenting work ethic and desire to see every single project through to the end, has made Rob one of the top producing Agents/Brokers in the area.
Carrie Boltin
Born in New Orleans and raised on the Northshore, Carrie puts the "team" in The Boltin Team.
Along with Rob, Carrie headed to Southern California to pursue a career in set design and soon landed with a local LA based theater company designing over a dozen plays and productions. MTV was her home for her first television production job, which led to her Senior Producer title for an in-flight travel show which aired on major US airlines. Working in the sales, media and marketing industry for over ten years with some of the largest hotel groups in the world solidified her natural sales and negotiating skills leading her to be a top selling producer every year.
In 2009, she and Rob decided to leave Los Angeles and move back to her hometown, continue their real estate investing and make the Northshore their permanent residence. For her, transitioning into a full time career in real estate with Rob was not much of a transition at all. Guided by her sense of responsibility to her clients, Carrie is constantly working to advance her knowledge of current market and design trends. Her hard work, love of people, attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset makes her a key partner of the BOLTIN REALTY GROUP.
